This six-month personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness.

Together, we’ll explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
 

During the course of the program you will:

• Improve personal relationships


Your individual program includes:

Two, one-hour appointments each month for six months (total of 12 sessions), to discuss your individual progress, recommendations and a full set of notes. Topics include:

 Intuition and Digestion
 Body Types
 Health on the Go
 Protein
 Visualization and Lifestyle
 Relaxation and Exercise

Special events such as a health food store tour and health and wellness discussions

An invitation to bring guests to special events

E-mail support between sessions

Books, CDs, recipes, handouts and other materials

Food samples and self-care products

Access to a lending library of health and wellness books
