This three-month personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness.

Together, we'll explore the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
 

During the course of the program you will:

Your Group Program includes:

Two one-hour sessions per month for three months.

Group seminars and classes covering a variety of heath-related topics

Special events such as a health food store tour and health and wellness discussions

An invitation to bring guests to special events

E-mail support between sessions

Books, CDs, recipes, handouts and other materials

Food samples and self-care products

Access to a lending library of health and wellness books
